Special services price list

  Despite our attempts to present a price list with the full range of our services, some are less-standardized and it would be cumbersome to present them in our regular price list.
For some of them it is unfeasible to give an exact price, in those cases we present you with a range of prices to give you a rough idea.
The special services price list is as follows:		  

  Special printing services and special works with hard-copy photos
       
    Printing for exact dimensions, printing according to colour-reference, crops, printing according to special requests:  
  Up to 15X21 (incl.) + 10 ₪ from regular price. No discounts for quantities.
To regular prices list.		  
  Over 15X21 + 20 ₪ from regular price. No discounts for quantities, no happy hours deal.  
  None of the above includes: Physically cutting / trimming hard-copy photos, large-format prints (plotter), sitting next to us while we work. All requests and guides should be given ahead of time.  
       
  Photo retouching from file, photo, or negative. Quote will be given based on your needs in case-by-case basis
Starts at 80 ₪		  
       
  Cutting / trimming a single photo printed by us. 2 ₪ per side.
Limited to a side between 5 to 50 cm, minimum trim 2 mm.		  
       
  Spiral binding Binding photos in a spiral binder. 7 ₪ per booklet
Limited to up to 40 photos per booklet, if you would like to add non-photo sheets or covers each extra sheet means one less photo.		  

  Special services with film
       
  First aid Extraction of stuck film from a camera or cartidge to be processed by us. First two times no extra charge other than processing price and the rest of the services. To regular prices list.
Be advised we only process C-41 colour negatives and B&W negatives.		  
       
  For torn films: In case the film is divided over more than a single piece, full processing price will be incured per piece. We do not recommend processing a piece smaller than 5 frames.  
       
  Problem solving Processing a "clip" (not recommended!), any kind of work with a stuck or torn unprocessed film (incl. extraction from camera or cartidge, reseating stuck film in camera). 50 ₪  
       
  Film wash Up to 50 ₪ per film or strip.
No warranty will be given to any damage caused during washing, including but not limited to:
Scratches, weakening or separation of emulsion, dirt.		  
       
  Please remember: Warranty for loss or damage for any reason with no exceptions is limited to the value of the film before exposure.
The lab is not liable for film that did not come in their original packaging.		  
       

  Special scan services

  Scan+Post to "web"
Based on UD		 Incl. dirt retouching, colour corrections as necessary.
Four frames (135 or 120) = 80 ₪.
+15 ₪ per extra 135 frame, or +20 ₪ per extra 120 frame.
(all frames of same format)
You'll get a finalized image file in requested file format.
* Good for "photo blogs", "2K" video, or small prints. 		 
       
  Scan+Post
Based on UUD		 Incl. dirt retouching, colour corrections as necessary, finalizing for print.
One frame (135 or 120) = 80 ₪,
Two frames 120 ₪, three frames 150 ₪ (all same format).
You'll get a finalized image file in requested file format.
* Good for prints, "4K" video, or publications.		  
       
  Scan+Post
Based on UUD		 Incl. dirt retouching, colour corrections as necessary, finalizing for print, working with masks, working based on reference, blowups (upscale), sharpening, working based on special requirements.
One frame (135 or 120) = 130 ₪,
Two frames 200 ₪, three frames 250 ₪ (all same format).
You'll get a finalized image file in requested file format.
* Good for prints, "4K" video, publications, or aritst's book, whenever the frames require complex colour corrections and extra touch.		  
       
  Unique frames Film scanning with non-standard frame formats:  
    + 15 ₪ up to + 150 ₪ in addition to regular scan job, on case-by-case basisו.  
       
  Manual scans for damaged strips or old formats that can't be scanned otherwise:  
  UD 20 ₪ per strip (up to 6 135-size frames) of 110, 126, or 135 formats.  
  UD 20 ₪ per strip (up to 3 6x6-size frames) medium format 120.  
       
  Manual scans for any other reason:  
  UUD 50 ₪ per frame 110, 126, 135, 120  
  UD 4X5" sheet film scan 20 ₪  
  UD 8X10" sheet film scan 30 ₪  
       
  Converting to "300DPI" The DPI property in image files is arbitrary, fluid, completely virtual, doesn't indicate image quality, and doesn't indicate anything in regards to what can be produced from the image file.
If required it is possible to change this property without reducing image quality in any image processing software, even by yourself at home.
If for any reason you would like us to change the DPI property in the files to 300 DPI, the price is 20 ₪ for up to 50 frames from our scans.		  

  Archive services
       
  Locating a frame in film to be scanned or printed by us, up to 15 ₪ per film from reference.
(e.g. the price for locating 3 frames of the same film is up to 15 ₪)		  
       
  Evaluating film quality in a processed film, so the resulting quality will be ascertained for scanning or printing by us.
Including exposure, sharpness, defects, and so on 30 ₪ per film.		  
       
  Tidying up film archive Tidying and arranging films into categories or other guidelines, to be scanned or printed by us. Up to 50 ₪ per film.  
       
  Tidying up digital archive Arranging into categories, ascertaining quality of digital image files, up to 100 ₪ for 50 files of JPEG or TIFF file formats.
With no layers, no masks, up to 500 MB per 50 files.		  
       

  The fine print
       
  * Job orders are mutually-binding, and therefore:
* There's mutual responsibility for the details on the job order to be both correct and matching your expectations.
* All jobs are to be paid up-front.		  
  * Warranty for loss or damage for any reason with no exceptions is limited to the value of the film before exposure.  
  * The lab is not liable for any films that did not come in their original packaging.
In such a case it is the customer's responsibility and they must inform the lab accordingly.		  
  * When ordering additional copies there might be colour-shifts, in order to get a specific colour a colour-reference should be included.  
  * The lab is not responsible for loss of data in digital media, including computer errors and / or loss of power.  
  * The lab is not responsible for keeping jobs beyond 3 months from the day they were deposited.  
  * No returns / replacements of: Photographic films, batteries, and single-use cameras.
